The Role of Bartender

The Bartender at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is responsible for preparing and serving a range of high-quality non-alcoholic beverages within the Tonic outlet. This full-time role focuses on providing customer service and creating memorable guest experiences through beverage preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature mocktails, specialty tonics, fresh juices, smoothies, and other refreshments.
• Adhere to established recipes and presentation standards for all beverages.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Monitor inventory levels for beverage ingredients and supplies.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Tonic outlet through product knowledge and service.

Work Environment and Location

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, located in the Kingdom Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The hotel features 276 guest rooms, including 39 suites, and offers convenient access to business districts, shopping, and cultural attractions. The Bartender will primarily operate within the hotel's Tonic outlet, which is part of the Food & Beverage department.

The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh includes a world-class spa with eight treatment rooms for male guests and one exclusive treatment room for female guests. The spa also provides wellness facilities and a fully equipped fitness center, supported by a team of 25 colleagues.
