The Role: Business Development Executive
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This part-time role is central to expanding our client base by building and nurturing relationships with companies that require recruitment services. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who excels at connecting with businesses and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand clients' specific hiring needs and effectively present our recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience within the recruitment, staffing, or HR industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and other outreach methods to generate leads and engage with prospects.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Compensation Structure
