Role Summary

The Club Lounge Agent is responsible for upholding The Ritz-Carlton's "Gold Standards" in daily operations. This role is integral to maintaining the brand's reputation for luxury hospitality by ensuring consistent excellence in guest care and comfort. The agent will embody the company's Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values, contributing to a culture that drives success.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing doors.
• Consult with the captain or supervisor before concluding a shift.
• Set up, stock, and maintain designated work areas.
• Ensure adequate stock of ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Remove soiled items from bar tops and tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, including the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, adhering to all setup guidelines.
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, protect proprietary information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire shift.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Proficiency in grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as stairs and service ramps.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience is required for this full-time position.
• Completion of safety training and certifications as required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role within The Ritz-Carlton team, where you will be expected to perform duties as requested by supervisors, contributing to a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
