Digital Content and Interaction Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Content and Interaction Specialist who has the ability to write professional and strong marketing content, create engaging content based on available data and information, and manage digital accounts while interacting with the audience intelligently. The candidate will be responsible for implementing content strategies and publishing without relying on paid advertising campaigns to ensure natural growth of our digital accounts.
Job Responsibilities
• Create and write creative and professional content reflecting the services and goals of the organization across all digital platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and publish that content in a suitable format with the possibility of expanding scope as needed.
• Analyze available data and information (files, documents, internal sources) and utilize it to create rich, fresh, and diverse content that achieves marketing goals.
• Interact with the audience, manage comments and messages, follow up, and ensure building an active digital community.
• Coordinate with the design department to ensure the production of designs consistent with the content.
• Schedule and manage publications according to a publishing strategy that ensures natural growth of the accounts.
• Analyze content performance periodically using digital analytics tools and propose adjustments to increase interaction.
• Suggest new ideas for campaigns and interactive content to ensure sustained digital momentum.
• Ensure that the content aligns with the organization's digital identity and is suitable for the audience of each platform.
Qualifications and Experience
• At least two years of experience in managing digital content and interaction on social media platforms.
• Ability to write sales content as if it were non-sales, using strong keywords.
• Familiarity with content marketing methods, natural growth strategies, and content performance analysis.
• Knowledge of using digital account management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and others.
• Ability to utilize available data and files to create fresh and strong content.
• Strong skills in interacting with the audience and managing digital dialogues intelligently and professionally.
