- Manage the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of a virtual learning platform, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students.
- Oversee the delivery of multiple training programs, coordinating resources, instructors, and support functions to maintain operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategies for international growth, including multilingual content expansion and broader market accessibility.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance across remote environments.
- Drive student acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through process optimization and innovative initiatives.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience
