Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders for service requests.
• Perform various maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep across areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address needs.
• Document all completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues that require further attention.
