Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves performing both preventive and reactive maintenance across the company's stores and facilities, ensuring operational reliability.

Role Overview

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining various systems and equipment within Ninja's operational footprint. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in electrical systems, HVAC, and refrigeration to support smooth store operations and equipment functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects related to electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and general building infrastructure.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, including inspections, cleaning, and equipment checks.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and maintenance requests as scheduled.
• Update maintenance work orders with detailed findings, parts used, relevant photos, and completion specifics.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize approved tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate maintenance activities effectively with store teams and report recurring issues or warranty-related defects.
• Escalate complex repairs that require specialist support or engagement with external service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, with practical knowledge in electrical systems, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair a range of technical and building-related issues.
• Understanding of safety procedures and proper use of maintenance tools and PPE.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role requires on-site presence across various store and facility locations.
