FLS Technician

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical functionality and safety of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to service requests from guests and work orders from team members.
• Perform various maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Document all completed inspections and repairs, noting any issues that require further attention.
