Environmental Health Safety Specialist

About the Role

NADEC Foods is seeking a Specialist – HSE to join their team in Haradh. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment standards across the company's operations. The role requires a proactive HSE professional capable of identifying risks and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and support risk assessments, HSE audits, and workplace inspections.
• Identify unsafe behaviors and conditions, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide guidance to employees on occupational health and safety requirements.
• Support HSE awareness sessions and employee safety training initiatives.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause identification, and reporting procedures.
• Support the inspection, testing, and maintenance of firefighting equipment and systems.
• Prepare HSE reports, audit reports, and maintain accurate HSE documentation.
• Support safety improvement projects and coordinate with Engineering, Technical, Purchasing departments, consultants, and service vendors.
• Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, standards, and applicable legal requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HSE systems and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant HSE role.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement safety measures.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.

Work Environment
