About the Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a unique and memorable dining experience for guests, extending beyond just food and beverages. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services, ensuring each meal is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with guests and providing attentive service throughout their meal.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
• Ensuring that all guest interactions contribute positively to the overall dining experience.

Physical Requirements

The F&B Service Expert role involves physical demands that include:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying menu information.
• Handling objects, which includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance, and up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant service role. The ability to perform all listed tasks proficiently and any other reasonable duties assigned is essential to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.
