About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in Medina. This role focuses on creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and support.

Key Responsibilities

Set tables and ensure dining areas are prepared for guests.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service.
Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their dining experience is positive.
Clean work areas and maintain supplies to uphold hygiene and operational standards.
Process transactions as an integral part of the guest experience.
Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Uphold established quality standards in all aspects of service.
Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Capacity to read and visually verify information, such as managing menus.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience
