About the Role

Freudenberg is seeking a FHCS Junior Key Account - Center - MT to join their team. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on maintaining key customer relationships and executing annual customer plans to drive category development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Participate in annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions.
• Execute an annual customer plan to develop category potential, based on international core ranges and new product development (NPD).
• Present and list new products within customer assortment matrices.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement the company's promotional grid and marketing standards with customers.

Additional Duties

• Execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for Key Accounts, including the full Marketing Mix.
• Prepare sales reports and control budgets and investments.
• Forecast sales volumes on a monthly basis.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Internal and External Interactions

This role involves regular interaction with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.

• Internal: Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Field Salesforce.
• External: Retailers, third-party Merchandising Companies, International Key Account Managers, sales, and brand group responsible.
