About the Role

**** is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its team. This full-time position involves working directly with major enterprise customers to architect, build, and scale agentic AI solutions. The role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and the ability to address complex enterprise challenges.

Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded with Fortune 500 technical teams, acting as a technical peer to enterprise architects and CIOs. Your responsibilities will include understanding intricate technical challenges, designing and implementing solutions using the **** Agent Platform, and coordinating end-to-end deployments across different time zones. This role serves as a critical link between customer needs and platform development, influencing the product roadmap with real-world insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and engineer solutions for complex technical challenges, including integration, scaling, and multi-system orchestration, directly with enterprise customers.
  • Design, prototype, and implement solutions using the **** Agent Platform, including writing code, building integrations, optimizing performance, and debugging production issues.
  • Engage with customer enterprise architects and CIOs, presenting architecture blueprints and leading design reviews.
  • Lead technical workshops, design sessions, and proof-of-concept implementations, translating AI capabilities into business value.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer needs and real-world application insights.
  • Document solution patterns and create reusable technical assets to support the broader team and partner ecosystem.
  • Support strategic sales engagements through architecture assessments and custom demo development.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on engineering experience in enterprise software, platform engineering, or solutions architecture.
  • Significant professional experience working directly with large enterprise customers (Fortune 500 / Global 2000), interfacing with technical leadership.
  • Hands-on technical proficiency in APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with complex system integrations, connecting enterprise platforms, contact centers, CRMs, ERPs, and communication systems.
  • Understanding of scaled enterprise AI solution deployments and operations.
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (*, **** Platform, LangChain, LangGraph) or multi-agent orchestration patterns.
  • Experience with AI/ML systems, including LLMs, conversational AI, or agentic AI applications.
  • Expertise in Voice AI and Customer Experience platforms, including voice call automation, IVR modernization, speech-to-text/text-to-speech, telephony integrations, and voice bot architectures.
  • Background in RAG implementations, prompt engineering, or LLM-based application development.
  • Previous professional experience at enterprise platform vendors in solutions-facing roles is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory for communication.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
  • Master's degree or equivalent depth of expertise is preferred.
