Atmaal is seeking a qualified AI Integration Engineer to join its dynamic AI & Data function. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing high-performance backend services and integrating AI solutions with internal systems and third-party platforms.

Role Purpose

The AI Integration Engineer will be responsible for developing high-performance backend services while ensuring adherence to clean coding and secure development standards. This role involves designing, documenting, and maintaining robust APIs for both internal platforms and external third-party integrations, facilitating seamless connectivity for AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain backend AI integration solutions, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, secure coding practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee data ingestion, cleaning, and labeling processes to ensure data quality before model training.
• Coordinate model testing and validation, including functional, performance, and bias testing.
• Support production deployment processes and ensure proper rollback and release procedures.
• Monitor system performance and maintain monitoring dashboards to detect drift and trigger retraining workflows when required.

Technical Implementation and Collaboration

This role requires developing backend services using Python and ****. The engineer will implement secure authentication mechanisms, utilize caching layers such as Redis and Memcached, and deploy containerized solutions on Kubernetes environments (OKE). These implementations are critical to ensuring high availability, scalability, and low-latency operations. Close collaboration with frontend, data engineering, and DevOps teams is essential for delivering reliable end-to-end solutions.

Required Experience
