Graphic Designer

About the Role

Maharah Human Resources is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team. This full-time role involves translating the ideas, objectives, and products of Maharah and its subsidiaries into clear, engaging visual messages for target customers. The primary goal is to attract and connect with customers through diverse visual content, website and application designs, and an engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, including graphic design, color and font selection, and visual element arrangement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with defined objectives and messages.
• Develop engaging visual content that supports company objectives and strengthens marketing and communication messages, including elements that meet target language needs and brand vision.
• Update and manage websites, video libraries, and image collections by developing designs and creating diverse visual materials.
• Prepare and design advertising materials for product and service promotion across digital and traditional channels.
• Submit designs for direct manager review, incorporate feedback, and complete revisions within specified timeframes and project requirements.
• Organize and manage digital design files and assets, ensuring accessibility, integrity, and maintaining backups.
• Support all internal departments in preparing designs, campaigns, and graphics.
• Monitor the latest design and technology trends and apply them to projects to deliver innovative and contemporary designs.
• Analyze competitors’ designs to inform and improve company designs.
• Prepare and submit a monthly report on completed administrative tasks to the direct manager.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding work and related information.
• Perform any other assigned duties related to the nature of the role.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to graphic design and web/application design.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Maharah Human Resources, focusing on visual communication and design for the company and its subsidiaries.
