About the Graphic Designer Role

Jobgether is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to translate complex business-to-business concepts into visually compelling and easily understandable designs. You will work in a fast-paced, experimental, and remote-first environment, collaborating closely with writers, marketers, and strategists to ensure design effectively enhances and clarifies messages.

Role Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for transforming data, research, and frameworks into engaging visual narratives across various formats. Key duties include:

  • Designing visually compelling reports, ebooks, whitepapers, and research documents that align with client and internal brand standards.
  • Translating data, frameworks, and research insights into clear and engaging visual narratives and infographics.
  • Developing custom diagrams and visual systems from initial concepts to final polished outputs.
  • Leading or supporting the design of print magazines in collaboration with editorial teams.
  • Creating consistent and high-quality digital and social media assets adapted for multiple client channels.
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising design quality.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including writers, editors, and marketers to align visuals with strategic messaging.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to refine concepts into polished, production-ready designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
  • A self-directed working style with strong ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
