Role Overview

The Group Operations Manager is responsible for effective team management, budget oversight, and resource allocation. The position emphasizes process improvement, performance enhancement, and adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements across all operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
• Lead and mentor teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Manage budgets, resources, and procurement, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining high quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with other departments, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Identify and manage potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
