About the Role
Jobgether is seeking an experienced Growth Outbound Sales Caller & Lead Qualification Specialist for a full-time, remote position. This role is central to building and optimizing a structured growth engine through targeted calling and lead qualification. The specialist will manage multiple outbound pipelines, including cold outreach, partner opportunities, and event follow-ups.
Role Contribution
This position focuses on generating high-quality conversations, identifying strong opportunities, and ensuring sales teams receive properly qualified prospects. The role directly contributes to revenue growth by improving lead quality, sales efficiency, and customer acquisition efforts, requiring a disciplined approach to lead qualification and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls using structured scripts across various pipelines, including growth outreach, partner opportunities, and conference follow-ups.
- Engage prospects through professional and conversational communication while upholding qualification standards.
- Ask direct discovery questions to assess decision-maker involvement, business needs, operational challenges, budget fit, and urgency.
- Schedule meetings only when prospects meet established qualification criteria and route opportunities correctly.
- Manage cold outreach campaigns and reactivate previously contacted leads from assigned lists.
- Follow up with event-generated leads through structured outreach sequences and timely communication.
- Handle objections professionally while maintaining control of conversations and identifying genuine opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, notes, objections, follow-up actions, and scheduled meetings using spreadsheet-based tracking.
- Provide daily activity summaries and ensure consistent execution against agreed performance targets.
- Protect confidential lead information by adhering to security procedures, access restrictions, and confidentiality requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience (5-10 years) with outbound cold calling, preferably in B2B sales environments.
- Experience qualifying leads prior to scheduling sales meetings or consultations.
- Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to guide productive sales conversations.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls while maintaining quality and personalization.
- Experience using VOIP systems, structured calling blocks, and sales activity tracking processes.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate spreadsheet documentation and follow-up management.
- Understanding of * business communication standards and sales practices.
- Experience as an SDR, Account Executive, or in partner/outbound prospecting roles is preferred.
- Experience selling service-based solutions and managing complex prospect conversations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, follow processes, accept coaching, and consistently deliver results in a remote environment.

This is a remote position that requires the ability to work independently. Candidates must ensure a reliable internet connection, a professional calling environment, and an appropriate headset setup to perform duties effectively.
