About the Role

Philips is seeking an HPM-CIP Technical Consultant & Support professional to join their team. This full-time role involves working closely with clients to understand their technical environments and deliver advanced, customized solutions aligned with strategic objectives. The consultant will operate under direct supervision, focusing on implementing robust system architectures and resolving complex technical issues.

Role Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand technical landscapes, providing advanced recommendations and custom solutions aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
• Implement sophisticated design documentation, comprehensive system architectures, detailed configuration plans, and rigorous testing frameworks under direct supervision to ensure robust and scalable technical solutions.
• Resolve intricate technical issues through advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis, delivering proactive support to preemptively address potential future challenges.
• Document detailed technical solutions, creating extensive support procedures and troubleshooting guides for seamless knowledge transfer and continuity of support.
• Enhance the organization’s knowledge base by identifying, documenting, and sharing innovative best practices and standardized processes.
• Implement cutting-edge configuration management and version control techniques to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all technical solution deployments.
• Assess complex customer systems through comprehensive health checks, identifying and addressing potential issues to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Scrutinize customer environments on an ongoing basis, implementing strategic improvements to enhance system performance, robustness, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to integrate client feedback into ongoing product and service enhancements.
• Prepare advanced technical reports, in-depth analyses, and strategic updates for stakeholders, showcasing understanding of system performance, issue resolution, and future recommendations.
• Support critical implementation and deployment projects, managing advanced system configuration, seamless integration, and thorough performance tuning.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a technical consultant or support role, demonstrating a proven ability to implement complex system architectures and resolve intricate technical issues.
