Job Description

About the Role

Hire Fellows is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Officer - Saudi National to join the operations team of a fast-growing company operating across multiple markets. This full-time role involves supporting the employee lifecycle for the production team, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and statutory HR requirements. The HR Officer will work closely with the Production Director and Kitchen Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as the primary contact for employees on general HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new kitchen hires, including documentation, inductions, and system setup.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for the production facility.
  • Ensure employee documentation and HR files are complete and properly maintained.
  • Manage statutory registrations and filings required in-market, including GOSI, Qiwa, and other relevant government platforms.
  • Track employment contracts, renewals, probation periods, and other key HR milestones.
  • Follow up on upcoming HR actions and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for kitchen employees on general HR questions and requests.
  • Escalate complex employee matters to the appropriate HR or management team when required.
  • Support the Kitchen Manager with attendance tracking and basic workforce reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee data as needed.
  • Ensure HR processes and documentation remain compliant with local labor requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling employee information.
  • Work closely with the production leadership team to ensure HR needs are addressed efficiently.
  • Support other HR administration and employee-related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Saudi national.
  • 3-4 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Experience supporting employees in a production, operations, hospitality, retail, or multi-site environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor requirements and government HR platforms, including GOSI and Qiwa.
  • Strong understanding of employee onboarding, documentation, contracts, and HR administration.

Required Skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with operational teams and employees at different levels.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling employee information.
  • Proficient in standard HR and office systems.
