The Role of ICS Network Engineer

NES Global Talent is seeking an ICS Network Engineer for a full-time position. This role involves implementing and enhancing network technology in alignment with documented standards and strategic directions for enterprise and remote site connectivity. The engineer will work with various network infrastructures and provide support for problem escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new and enhanced network technology in accordance with Air Products' and Project Specific documented standards and strategic direction for enterprise and remote site connectivity.
• Understand and comply with Air Products standards for global network infrastructure, including wireless, LAN, and SD-WAN networks and connectivity.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Security, Architects, and Network Engineering teams to understand high-level designs and deploy services in line with strategic direction.
• Execute engineering efforts to ensure the currency and supportability of networking technology.
• Configure and commission ICS network hardware.
• Provide network support for problem escalations.
• Work with external service providers to troubleshoot and commission wide area network technologies.
• Participate in Cyber SAT, Integrated SAT, and last planner exercises.
• Meet service level commitments to the business for both network incidents and deployments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience is required.
• 2-5 years of experience with current LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN networking routing and switching systems.
• Applied industry certifications or 5 years of equivalent work experience in a network engineering role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate detailed technical concepts and effectively communicate with end-users at all levels.
• Physical access to applicable KSA Air Products locations is required.
