Indirect & Services Procurement Supervisor

About the Role

Savola Foods Company is seeking an Indirect & Services Procurement Supervisor to manage sourcing and contracting activities for indirect materials and services across assigned sites. This full-time role involves supporting competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management, with a focus on ensuring compliance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure work processes comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
• Oversee overseas purchase orders and track supplier payments.
• Manage customs clearance for all shipments to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Monitor price lists and purchase orders for compliance with company policies.
• Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and update the supplier list to foster competition and maximize organizational benefit.
• Ensure all operations are consistent with established policies, processes, and procedures.
• Adapt to changes in business plans or goods delivery schedules to prevent business or supplier interruptions.

Procurement Management

• Manage sourcing and contracting activities for indirect materials and services.
• Support competitive bidding processes and contract negotiations.
• Monitor service contracts, renewal plans, and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support annual budgeting exercises and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain procurement records and reporting within Oracle Fusion.

Continuous Improvement and Reporting

• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices, aligning with international best practices for cost reduction and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and effective implementation of standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for department requirements, including clearance, savings, PO & PR compliance (OTIF), supplier evaluation, price plans, and credit facilities.
