About the Industrial Skills Trainer Role

Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. is seeking a dedicated Industrial Skills Trainer specializing in Computer technologies to join our team in the Eastern region. This full-time role is central to designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars. The successful candidate will leverage strong technical knowledge and effective communication to provide engaging, practical learning experiences for participants with varying levels of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars aligned with organizational needs and objectives.
• Provide engaging and effective learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, case studies, presentations, and digital learning methods.
• Create and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, assessments, and supporting learning materials using appropriate technologies and platforms.
• Clearly and effectively explain complex technical concepts to participants with diverse knowledge and experience levels.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions, ensuring strong participant engagement, interaction, and knowledge transfer.
• Effectively manage classroom activities, participant questions, technical challenges, and learning requirements during training sessions.
• Assess participant understanding and learning outcomes using practical exercises, assessments, discussions, and other evaluation methods.
• Adapt training approaches, materials, and delivery methods based on participant needs, organizational requirements, and technological advancements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
• 3–5 years of practical work experience in areas such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Programming.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge and practical experience in relevant technology domains, including but not limited to Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Programming.

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using various learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.
• Ability to effectively manage technical challenges and respond appropriately to participant questions, learning needs, and classroom situations.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Relevant industry-recognized technical certifications in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or Programming.
• Prior experience delivering technical training in classroom, virtual, or blended learning environments.
• Experience in developing practical exercises, technical assessments, digital learning materials, and hands-on training activities.
