IT Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an IT Manager to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting hotel operations by managing IT infrastructure and ensuring technology services enhance the guest experience. The IT Manager will be responsible for executing IT strategies, maintaining system performance, and leading technology projects across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of IT initiatives, aligning with area, cluster, and corporate objectives in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
• Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and network servers, managing upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance to optimize security, compliance, and system reliability.
• Identify and implement solutions for user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, providing training and support.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements, including managing shared technology resources and backup procedures.
• Assist with the execution of major system implementations, such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations, maintain critical site systems, and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
