This full-time role involves leading the secure and reliable technology infrastructure to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction. The IT Manager will empower teams, manage projects, and safeguard data, contributing to the hotel's growth and purpose.

The House Hotel Jeddah King Road is an urban escape located along the Red Sea coastline. It features 129 rooms and a signature restaurant, blending coastal lifestyle with modern hospitality. Jeddah, on Saudi Arabia’s western shore, is a dynamic city known for its seaside living, culture, and modern life, including the historic Al-Balad, a UNESCO World Heritage site. King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) provides strong regional and international connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, computers, and software systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and other business applications.
• Lead IT support activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor and maintain cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
• Plan and implement system upgrades, technology projects, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology-related contracts.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and oversee hardware and software procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
• Train and support staff on IT systems and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT management, preferably within the hospitality sector. A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity principles is essential. Experience with hotel-specific systems like PMS and POS is also required.
