Impact46 is seeking an IT Lead to establish and manage its IT infrastructure and operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The IT Lead will be responsible for building the IT department from the ground up, defining its policies and procedures, and developing a strategic roadmap. This role involves comprehensive management of IT systems, infrastructure, and security to support the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the IT department and define its policies, procedures, and roadmap.
• Build and manage IT infrastructure, including networks, devices, servers, and cloud services.
• Administer business systems and applications, and support their integration.
• Implement cybersecurity and data protection controls in line with CMA, NCA, and PDPL requirements.
• Develop backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage user access, permissions, and accounts.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Provide technical support to employees.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an IT leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and manage IT departments and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations (CMA, NCA, PDPL).
• Experience with network, server, and cloud service management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our Riyadh office. The IT Lead will work collaboratively to ensure robust and secure IT operations for Impact46.
