The Role

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting incident management, coordinating with relevant IT teams, and ensuring technical issues are tracked and resolved efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Log, categorize, prioritize, and track IT incidents.
• Coordinate with IT Support, Network, Store Operations, and resolver teams.
• Monitor incident progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate incident updates to affected users and stakeholders.
• Escalate incidents at risk of SLA breach to the Incident Manager.
• Maintain accurate incident records and ITSM documentation.
• Support incident reporting, trend analysis, and problem management activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in IT Support or a related field is preferred.
• Basic technical background with a passion for troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Work Commitment
