Role Overview

The Desktop L2 Support Engineer plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support across various IT assets. Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Resolve escalated technical issues received from Level 1 support teams.
• Perform necessary system upgrades and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Manage and enforce IT security protocols to protect company assets and data.
• Collaborate closely with other IT teams, including L1 support, system administrators, and network engineers, to ensure integrated and efficient technology solutions.

Qualifications and Experience
