Junior Legal Advisor

About the Role

Dr Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers is seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing essential support and assistance in various legal matters, focusing on regulatory compliance and risk minimization for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing legal advice concerning company policies and labor law affecting organizational interests.
• Advise staff across projects on the legal implications of policy proposals.
• Respond to legal inquiries and support the drafting of legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
• Ensure all commissioned legal opinions and advice are properly logged and stored.
• Participate actively in preparing and drafting various legal documents, including acts, policies, briefs, appeals, contracts, and agreements.
• Handle formalities related to dispute settlements and monitor the implementation of legal clauses.
• Maintain updated records of ongoing cases and advise management on necessary actions.
• Prepare regular reports, including results of legal research, for management.
• Maintain legal reports and logs, ensuring timely provision of information.
• Conduct follow-up activities and perform other assigned duties as needed.
• Track deadlines for corporate filings and compliance requirements.

Additional Duties

• Review legal materials and relevant documents to identify priority issues.
• Stay informed on laws and regulations pertinent to the organization and its services.
• Suggest actions and settlements during litigation in line with company strategy.
• Ensure full and prompt implementation of all applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members on legal cases and communicate with relevant parties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all correspondence.
• Contribute to person-centered care initiatives and enhance patient experience with compassion, respect, and dignity.
• Perform other tasks and duties consistent with knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in legal advisory roles. A strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal risk management is essential.
