Junior Legal Advisor

About the Role

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib (HMG) is seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to provide support and assistance in various legal matters. This full-time role focuses on regulatory compliance and delivering legal services to identify and minimize risks for the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing legal advice on HMG’s policies and labor law affecting the company's interests.
• Advise staff across HMG projects on the legal implications of policy proposals.
• Respond to legal inquiries and support the drafting of legal opinions, memoranda, and other briefing documents.
• Ensure all legal opinions and advice commissioned by HMG are properly logged and stored.
• Participate in preparing and drafting various legal acts, policies, briefs, appeals, contracts, and agreements.
• Handle formalities related to dispute settlements and monitor the implementation of legal clauses.
• Maintain updated records of ongoing cases and advise management on necessary actions.
• Prepare regular reports, including results of legal research, for management.
• Track deadlines for corporate filings and compliance requirements.
• Review legal materials and documents to identify priority issues.
• Stay informed on laws and regulations relevant to HMG and its services.
• Suggest actions and settlements during litigation in line with HMG strategy.
• Ensure full and prompt implementation of all applicable laws and regulations across HMG.
• Collaborate with team members on legal cases and communicate with relevant parties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all correspondence.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a legal advisory role.
• Demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance and risk minimization.
• Ability to draft legal documents and provide clear legal opinions.
