Accor is seeking a Kids Club Animator for SLS The Red Sea. SLS Hotels, part of Ennismore’s lifestyle portfolio, are known for their design and service. SLS The Red Sea is located on the Red Sea coast and features 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa. This full-time role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Summary

As a Kids Club Animator, you will provide engaging and memorable experiences for young guests at SLS The Red Sea. This role involves leading various activities and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for children to play and explore. You will work closely with the Kids Club team to deliver activities and connect with children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Kids Club, ensuring children are engaged, entertained, and supervised.
• Welcome children and their families, introducing them to Kids Club activities and programs.
• Lead and participate in activities such as arts & crafts, games, storytelling, music, movement, and creative play.
• Create engaging experiences suitable for different ages, group sizes, and interests.
• Support themed events, seasonal programs, celebrations, and special Kids Club activities.
• Prepare activity areas, ensuring materials, toys, and equipment are ready before each session.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming Kids Club environment.
• Follow child check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring children are released only to authorized guardians.
• Remain attentive to allergies, special requirements, and individual needs, communicating them appropriately.
• Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and child safeguarding procedures.
• Collaborate with the Kids Club Supervisor and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contribute ideas for new games, activities, and experiences for young guests.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated energy, creativity, and a positive approach to engaging with children.
• Ability to connect naturally with children and families.
• Understanding of child safeguarding and safety procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position at SLS The Red Sea, where you will be part of a team dedicated to providing hospitality experiences. The role involves working within the Kids Club, supporting its daily operations and special events.
