About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor South to join our team in 'Asir. This full-time role involves overseeing and monitoring the implementation of maintenance procedures and systems across pharmacies and clinics. The supervisor will ensure tasks are completed efficiently, maintain safe work practices, and contribute to a positive and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance personnel for pharmacies and clinics, providing technical supervision and support, including custodial and event support.
• Collaborate with maintenance employees and technical personnel to develop a proactive and effective team focused on organizational objectives.
• Establish schedules and plans for maintenance services by identifying resources, required materials, work categories, priorities, and location-specific needs.
• Participate in the development of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, providing recommendations for improvements to existing standards.
• Monitor work activities to ensure execution and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to team members, guiding them in work execution aligned with company guidelines and departmental policies.

Operational Management and Oversight

• Supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance programs and safety programs according to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and approved schedules.
• Ensure work execution adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Health, Safety, Quality & Environment (HQSE) policies, with complete reporting.
• Participate in the preparation and administration of the maintenance operation budget, submitting recommendations and monitoring expenditures.
• Manage petty cash funds, ensuring physical security, proper utilization, liquidation, and reimbursement of maintenance expenses.
• Monitor and control warehouse supplies and stock through coordination with the assigned Storekeeper, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate and supervise the implementation of construction projects, remodeling, refurbishment, and other special projects aligned with pharmacy requirements and allocated budgets.
• Conduct regular maintenance inspections of pharmacies to assess building system operations and functions, as well as safety requirements in line with Ministry of Civil Defense standards.

Compliance, Training, and Continuous Improvement

• Participate in regular operation and performance review meetings, including weekly Toolbox Talks to review and suggest enhancements to existing procedures related to maintenance, quality, safety, and environment.
• Execute strict compliance with Safety, Health & Environment policies, ensuring a safe workplace and proper reporting, response, and corrective actions for incidents.
• Ensure all staff undertake necessary technical and safety training, contributing to the identification of required courses to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Engage in lifelong learning for professional enhancement, safety, and skills training.
• Participate in hiring qualified candidates and provide orientation for new department members.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in preparing contract terms for service providers.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage maintenance operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance programs, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Work Environment

This role involves a dynamic work environment with approximately 20% of time spent indoors and 80% outdoors. The work schedule is 6 days per week, with one day off, and working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour break.
