Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across Gravity trampoline park branches in the Eastern region, specifically Al Khobar, Riyadh, and Al-Ahsa. This full-time role ensures the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of trampoline equipment, attractions, and building systems, in line with manufacturer standards and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for trampoline equipment, play structures, and attractions across all branches.
• Lead, assign, and monitor the work of maintenance technicians at each site, providing training and performance guidance.
• Conduct routine safety inspections of trampolines, padding, nets, and attractions to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and applicable safety regulations.
• Manage corrective maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize park downtime and ensure guest safety.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and equipment history for each branch.
• Coordinate with Balady, Civil Defense, and other regulatory bodies to maintain facility compliance and permits.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers, including obtaining quotes and overseeing contracted works.
• Monitor and control the maintenance budget and spare parts inventory across all branches.
• Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems are properly maintained at all sites.
• Investigate equipment-related incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Travel regularly between Riyadh, Khobar, and Al-Ahsa branches as required.
• Prepare periodic maintenance reports and updates for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant maintenance supervision role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance operations and lead technical teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance standards for recreational facilities.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, covering operations in Al Khobar, Riyadh, and Al-Ahsa. Regular travel between these cities is a requirement of the role.
