This full-time role involves coordinating the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services personnel, supporting business acquisition and execution. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives and personnel.
• Coordinate the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services personnel.
• Support business acquisition and execution through effective HSE integration.
• Interface and negotiate with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors.
• Execute processes that directly impact training, report writing, quality control, and plan development and implementation.
• Incorporate health standards directed by regulatory agencies to prevent hazards and diseases from work sites.

Leadership and Strategy

Under general direction, the Manager, HSE is accountable for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within a function. This role involves managing the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members. The manager will also participate in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.

Required Experience
