El Seif Engineering Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager (C&A) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires proven expertise in managing large-scale fit-out and construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall execution of projects, ensuring precision and adherence to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of large-scale fit-out and construction projects within approved budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Lead project teams and manage manpower, equipment, materials, and resources to achieve project milestones and productivity targets.
• Oversee project planning, progress monitoring, cost control, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), variations, and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and site issues.
• Manage approvals for designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Monitor labor productivity, resource availability, project costs, and overall performance, taking corrective action where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, quality standards, Code of Ethics, and ERP/project management systems.
• Support the development and retention of project teams and contribute to Saudization, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Report project operational, financial, and progress status to the Project Director and support implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Drive timely project completion and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess:

• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in managing large-scale fit-out and construction projects.

Project Management Focus

This role requires comprehensive oversight of project execution, encompassing planning, resource allocation, cost management, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety protocols. The Project Manager will ensure commercial performance, effective stakeholder coordination, and high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Work Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
