The Role of Marine Operations & Technical Manager

The Marine Operations & Technical Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing daily marine operations and technical support activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The manager will coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, optimize resources, and lead operational teams to deliver high-quality marine and technical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marine operations, including vessel deployment, scheduling, and coordination with offshore project teams.
• Supervise technical support activities such as maintenance planning, repair work, and ensuring the readiness of vessels, equipment, and safety systems.
• Manage operational procedures and monitor performance to ensure adherence to maritime regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize resources and lead operational teams effectively.
• Provide guidance and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality marine and technical services.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ras Tannurah, Saudi Arabia. The position requires active involvement in daily operations and coordination with various teams and external partners within the marine and offshore services sector.
