Port Captain Role Overview

Front End Limited Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Port Captain for a full-time, on-site position in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing daily marine and vessel operations to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with international and company standards. The Port Captain will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence within port and marine activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vessels to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
• Ensure proper maintenance and performance of all assigned vessels.
• Manage overall maritime operations effectively.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth port activities.
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence.
• Address and resolve any issues related to port and marine operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience as Master on Non-DP Crew Boats or Offshore Security Patrol Boats.
• Must be qualified to serve as a temporary Master at any time and be prepared for Saudi Aramco evaluation.
• Previous Saudi Aramco Approvals as Master or Port Captain for Crew/Patrol Boats are required.
• Strong background in Marine Operations and Maritime expertise, including knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Vessel Operations and Management, encompassing coordination, logistical oversight, and ensuring daily operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting Vessel Inspections and maintaining safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Ability to oversee vessel performance, manage crewing, and address technical and operational challenges effectively.
