Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans. This includes overseeing both digital and traditional advertising, leading creative teams, and conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies in line with company goals.
• Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns with the dedicated team, monitoring their performance, analyzing results, and achieving optimal return on investment (ROI).
• Lead and guide the content and design team to ensure the delivery of a visual identity and marketing messages that reflect the strength of the brand.
• Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to discover new marketing opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media, applying innovative ideas.
• Prepare regular reports, measure performance indicators, and continuously work towards improving results.

Qualifications and Experience
