About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Massage Therapist / Masseur to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing professional massage and body treatments to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and memorable experiences. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Perform massage and body treatments in accordance with the spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment spaces, tools, and equipment, adhering to regulatory and guest service standards.
• Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
• Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service operations.
