Medical Representative

About the Role

Julphar is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team. This full-time position is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within an assigned territory by effectively promoting the company's products and services. The role involves establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships and securing new business accounts.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within a designated territory or market segment. This is accomplished through direct engagement with existing and prospective customers, demonstrating product benefits, and aligning offerings with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrate products to potential customers and assist them in selecting suitable solutions.
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and gather information to determine their potential.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
• Analyze the territory's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
• Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers, highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
• Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Participate in conferences and conventions as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
