About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager I for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's marketing plan, managing e-commerce initiatives, and fostering relationships with tourism boards and community leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate promotions across rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf services.
  • Develop leisure marketing plans to enhance occupancy through price promotions, packages, and programs.
  • Maintain, update, and manage all hotel websites.
  • Coordinate publications and inserts for brand loyalty reward emails, including offers and information.
  • Produce hotel manuals and collateral materials.
  • Participate in all branding and image-related activities for the hotel.
  • Utilize and interpret reports such as DMA market reports and past guest lists for marketing recommendations.
  • Audit and analyze website and email activities for individual hotel sites, corporate email results, and ********* reports.
  • Ensure consistent marketing messages across all advertising and collateral.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, track ROI for promotional activities, and provide recommendations for fund re-allocation.
  • Ensure consistent hotel representation across all customer touch points and marketing communications, adhering to corporate graphic standards.

Market Analysis and Revenue Maximization

  • Evaluate new marketing opportunities and ensure hotel representation on relevant online platforms.
  • Collaborate with convention and visitors bureaus.
  • Develop comprehensive hotel strategic marketing plans covering group, leisure, and local activities.
  • Plan and oversee photo shoots, developing shot lists aligned with hotel objectives and brand image.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify and communicate with distribution channels to increase hotel occupancy.
  • Provide creative tools to sales channels to support hotel sales and marketing efforts.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate and individual hotels to implement programs and leverage corporate opportunities.
  • Work with media buyers for advertising planning and execution.
  • Assist hotels with publicity for events, ensuring alignment with strategy and objectives.
  • Liaise with vendors, balancing quality and price, requesting estimates, and approving materials.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
  • Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major, with no work experience required.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed documentation for all hotel marketing materials, including photo usage rights and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure hotels adhere to all corporate marketing guidelines.
  • Approve all invoices through the MarrCom office.
