About the Role

NES Global Talent is seeking experienced Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Operators for full-time positions within drilling operations. This role focuses on the precise management and control of wellbore pressures during drilling activities, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control wellbore pressures during drilling operations.
• Operate and maintain MPD equipment, including Rotating Control Devices (RCDs) and choke manifolds.
• Manage pressure systems effectively to ensure drilling stability.
• Support MPD field operations, ensuring adherence to operational protocols.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations.
• Strong knowledge of MPD equipment, Rotating Control Devices (RCD), choke manifolds, and pressure management systems.
• Familiarity with well control procedures and HSE standards.
• Understanding of drilling best practices.
• Experience in onshore and/or offshore drilling environments.

Work Environment

This role involves working in drilling environments, which may include both onshore and offshore settings, supporting various client operations globally.
