MPD Supervisor

About the Role

NES Global Talent is currently seeking an experienced MPD Supervisor for full-time drilling operations. This role involves leading and supervising Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) field operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) field operations.
• Monitor and control wellbore pressures during drilling activities.
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of MPD equipment, including Rotating Control Devices (RCDs), choke manifolds, and pressure management systems.
• Implement well control procedures and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Apply drilling best practices in all operational aspects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations.
• Strong knowledge of MPD equipment, Rotating Control Devices (RCDs), choke manifolds, and pressure management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in monitoring and controlling wellbore pressures during drilling operations.
• Familiarity with well control procedures, HSE standards, and drilling best practices.
• Experience in onshore and/or offshore drilling environments.

Work Environment

This position involves working in drilling operations, which may include both onshore and offshore environments. The role requires active participation in field operations and adherence to stringent safety protocols.
