Night Auditor

About the Role

Sheraton is seeking a Night Auditor to join its global community. This full-time position involves ensuring the accuracy of financial information and maintaining operational standards during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and be committed to delivering a meaningful guest experience as part of the Sheraton team.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents in accordance with cash handling policies.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records, adhering to document retention and confidentiality policies.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Follow all company safety and security policies, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and ensure the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to check figures and documents for accuracy.
• Proficiency in recording, storing, accessing, and analyzing computerized financial information.
• Understanding of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Adherence to document retention and confidentiality policies.
