About the Onboarding Enablement Specialist Role

Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding Enablement Specialist to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed to significantly impact how new members of the revenue team integrate and achieve success from their first day. The specialist will be responsible for developing and refining structured onboarding programs tailored for various sales roles, ensuring each new hire is equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and confidence to perform effectively.

Role Purpose and Scope

The core mission of this position is to create scalable, data-informed onboarding experiences that aim to reduce ramp-up time and enhance long-term performance. The Onboarding Enablement Specialist will serve as a key liaison between Revenue leadership, People teams, and enablement functions to ensure cohesive strategies. Beyond program design, the role involves managing tracking systems, performance insights, and coaching frameworks to empower managers in supporting their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs for revenue roles including SDR, AE, Field Sales, and Expansion, ensuring a consistent and high-quality ramp experience.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and manage learning content within Learning Management Systems (LMS), coordinating with hiring managers, People teams, and Revenue leadership.
  • Build and maintain onboarding progress tracking systems and dashboards to monitor performance and identify new hires who may require additional support.
  • Develop standardized coaching frameworks and tools to assist managers in guiding new hires through structured development plans.
  • Own and expand the AI role-play content library, collaborating with subject matter experts to simulate real sales scenarios such as discovery, objection handling, and demos.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Revenue leadership, aligning onboarding initiatives with broader performance, enablement, and operational objectives.
  • Support promotional readiness programs, such as SDR to AE transitions, ensuring learning paths align with competency requirements and career progression frameworks.
  • Administer and optimize LMS systems, including content assignment, user management, reporting, and continuous improvement of learning workflows.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering structured onboarding or training programs, beyond content maintenance.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and programs concurrently.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms or similar learning technologies.
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze onboarding metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and a documentation-first methodology.
  • Comfort and proficiency in working with modern AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation workflows.
