About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Operation Manager to oversee daily hotel operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering hospitality experiences and managing various aspects of hotel functions to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage daily hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ensure service delivery and compliance with brand and company standards.
• Monitor guest service trends and assess overall satisfaction to direct strategies for enhancing the guest experience.
• Drive long-term service quality improvements.
• Identify gaps in processes or team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Drive the hotel’s quality assurance process by setting goals and enabling service recovery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant operational role.
