Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across 01worth projects and ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple projects.
Manage reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational teams.
Ensure high hospitality and guest service standards.
Monitor operational costs, budgets, and performance.
Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
Develop and improve operational procedures.

Requirements

8+ years of operations experience in hotels or serviced apartments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent hospitality and customer service knowledge.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
Requires +10 Years experience
Expert or Advanced in English
