Havelock One Interiors is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading operational activities to ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to quality and budget standards. The manager will work closely with project and commercial teams to manage contracts and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract review, negotiations, and project execution planning.
• Understand performance targets, identify risks, and manage opportunities.
• Define project objectives, scope, budget, schedule, performance requirements, and subcontractor selection.
• Compile procurement schedules and coordinate site supply with project and commercial teams.
• Develop and implement project strategy, monitor progress, and initiate corrective actions.
• Represent the company at site meetings and maintain accurate project records.
• Monitor site practices for compliance with company procedures and promote health, safety, and environmental management.
• Oversee project handover, defect closure, and certification.
• Develop project management and installation capabilities across different regions.
• Monitor methods and output to ensure quality standards are met efficiently.
• Develop and manage client and supply chain relationships.
• Oversee construction sites, manage vendors and trades, and maximize resource efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the delivery team, ensuring continuous professional development.
• Share best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering multiple projects that exceed client expectations.
• Proven experience in controlling costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
• Ability to resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues on site.
• Good knowledge of the Fit-Out market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational market environment.
• Proven experience in managing teams, supply chains, direct employees, and consultants.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, requiring active leadership and on-site presence to ensure project success and operational excellence.
