PeopleSoft System Developer

About the Role

Energy Tech is seeking a PeopleSoft System Developer to support and enhance its PeopleSoft system. This full-time role involves ensuring the smooth operation and integration of the system with other platforms, working closely with users to address their needs, and contributing to continuous system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support current configured and customized system processes.
• Ensure the system design allows all components to function properly together.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Collaborate with Energy Tech users to achieve Trainee Information System objectives, coordinating with the head of applications or Functional Lead.
• Update current system processes in response to organizational policy changes.
• Work closely with system users to configure and resolve day-to-day data processing requirements and issues.
• Develop and deploy new recommended processes based on user needs.
• Provide a plan for system usage extension across multiple campuses or colleges.
• Review and evaluate technical specifications and other information related to changes in technology or systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in an IT-related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft system development.
• Proficiency in exposing and consuming APIs via PeopleSoft.
• Experience with integrations between Oracle PSCS and non-Oracle platforms.
• Sound knowledge of financial processes, including invoicing, third-party contracts, and VAT calculation.
