We are seeking temporary remote Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic organization

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our home-based food marketplace app. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, coordinating with home-based vendors (food producers), and ensuring an excellent user experience for both vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies to grow the platform.
• Onboard, support, and maintain relationships with home-based food vendors.
• Monitor app performance and user engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and development teams.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Qualifications:
• Experience in business management, startups, or platform-based services.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

An electronic marketing specialist is required to work at Al-Ghadir store, a leader in the field of e-commerce in Riyadh. The candidate is required to have at least two years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and mastering social media platforms and digital analytics tools. The main tasks include: managing digital content, developing marketing strategies across social media platforms, analyzing campaign performance and improving conversion rates, and working to enhance the company's visibility in search engines.


The marketing is on a commission basis, % of each client.
